About this website

This website provides information about Unicorn WMS, a warehouse management system, and lets you contact us. Subscriptions to the software itself are provided under a separate customer agreement, which takes precedence over these terms for the service.

Product information

We aim to describe the product accurately. Features, plans and prices may change. Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees and exclude applicable VAT and SSCL, and Enterprise prices are starting prices. Interface previews on this website are illustrative, use sample data, and may differ from the current product. A quote or agreement from us is the definitive description of what you receive.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the contact form, for example by sending spam or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the website.
• Do not copy or republish website content in a way that suggests it is your own.

Intellectual property

The website design, text and the Unicorn WMS name and logo belong to the operator of Unicorn WMS or its licensors. Photographs are used under their respective licences.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about it and are not liable for losses arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
